Frank Hill, attorney representing SandRidge

Says they have support of Chuck Wiggin, owner of 101 Park Avenue building, and a letter from Skirvin Hilton manager John Williams, and a letter from Downtown Oklahoma City Inc. “To my knowledge, there is no opposition from any owner of a downtown property.”

That’s a lie, I own property downtown, wrote a letter to the City and to the Gazette. Heck, did a 3 week series in the Gazette on it. Guess since I’m a small time downtown property owner and resident I don’t count. Not one of the big boys like “John Williams or Jane Jenkins” who aren’t exactly downtown experts IMO. Gotta love attorneys pick and choose their support to win their case.

Is support from others DT part of the criteria of the ordinance, or more of a ‘hey, we don’t mind, they don’t mind, so why does anyone else mind’ type pitch
