Now it&#039;s home to Schlegel Bicycles and some super-cool office space. Kudos to people like Chris and Meg, plus Nick and others for thinking outside of the box and recognizing the value of established urban fabric. By the way, Clarence Page purportedly once called the St. Nick home.]]></description>
