		<description><![CDATA[Just curious...what is the point of the CAPTCHA validation then?  I know I&#039;m no computer whiz, but it seems that the CAPTCHA validation should cut out the need for another spam filter.  I&#039;m sure I&#039;m just missing something about how evilly ingenious the spam guys are.  Now back to more interesting OKC stuff.]]></description>
