ULI: Not Enough Shore in Core to Shore?

We’ve heard this mentioned before – that much of the emphasis in Core to Shore is on the Core to the new alignment of Interstate 40, and not between the new highway and the Oklahoma River.
Tom Hester just pretty much said the same thing, noting the river is incredibly important to our future….
