		<description><![CDATA[Agreed Steve.  I think it is unfair to question how the coordination of the streets and streetcars will come together at this point.  My guess is they are nowhere near 100%.  If the whole thing goes sideways and in 5 years nothing is getting done, then you can start criticizing.]]></description>
