Ergo: the Wednesday forecast called for 90 degrees a couple of days ago and 60 degrees today, chances are it will be even BELOW 60.

If a forecaster several days ago called for possible snow tomorrow, and then yesterday changed it to 6″-10″, and today changes tomorrow’s forecast to 3″-6″, chances are there will be little or no snow at all. Not saying that’s what will happen in this case; just saying it seems to work that way more often than not.

Anywhere from dry to 21 inches?! It’s obviously not an exact science. Now, by tonight they ought to be able to get pretty close. I’ll hold the local stations to their 6:00 and 10:00 forecasts. :)
