I admire his work. I've known him for more than a dozen years and I consider him a friend (one who knows I still have to do a job and that sometimes results in stories he doesn't like). But be careful when it comes to what you ask for Kris - Rand is an artist at heart, and that can be very, very good, or in the eye of others, very, very bad. Not sure I'd give him carte blanche to decide lighting schemes for my house. But I couldn't afford what he's worth in expertise advising me on it. Does that make sense? I like Rand.
