Long Day….
Hopefully I’ll get to my next post in the morning. In the meantime, I’ll throw some quick fresh meat at ya…
- Cocoflow folks are sending out serious hints on Twitter they’re about to open in Bricktown. I assume they’re still looking at the former home of Uncommon Grounds in the Mercantile Building.
- At least one of the Bricktown hotel deals waylaid by the crash may be back on track, maybe more.

Steve, could the Gaylord family make an announcement about a convention hotel if MAPS 3 is passed, thereby helping the cause of M3 passing?
Craig, I SERIOUSLY doubt it would be a Gaylord Hotel, considering #1, they are a publically traded company now, and #2 Gaylord Resorts are Convention Centers themselves and would be in direct competition with the new convention center. You won’t see that happening. I imagine it’s the Holiday Inn proposed, or probably more realistic, the Candlewood Suites group.
Yes, I’m talking about the Bricktown hotels. I have not heard anything that would indicate a Gaylord hotel is coming to OKC.

I love teasers!
