It’s really more of promotion by default. The league OKC and Tulsa were in was called AF2, because the original Arena Football League was in the larger markets and got the better players that were available. Now that the AFL has folded, there’s no sense in having a league named AF2 so their name is going to change to AF1. Same teams, same cities, and for the most part the same players. I imagine they’ll keep their same pay scale and business model, so player personnel probably won’t change much. It’s more of a name change than anything else. If major league baseball folded, would the minor league become the major league?

Waste.
Of.
Time.
It’s nothing but pinball on a fake football field.
I’m a huge football fan and once went to a game inside the Ford Center. We left at halftime.
