More On How Downtown Is About to Change
Today I had a story on a $141.5 million downtown streets and parks improvements package set to start next year. I promised to provide the planners’ presentations online. Now, as promised…

Terrific! This is so great! Props to Burnett and Speck. And to the men who brought them to OKC: Larry Nichols and Mayor Cornett.
Steve, could you put up a post with links to all the PDFs, slideshows, maps, and images for all the downtown improvement projects–Devon, MAPS3, light rail, etc? My Google-Fu isn’t what it should be, and it’d be great to have links to everything all in one place.
Wow. Downtown is going to be a completely different place ten years from now. Can’t wait to move back!

Very impressive. This is truly a big deal and will do more to enhance quality of life in OKC than most other public projects to date. I have a feeling the Myriad Gardens will become our new Bryant Park…smaller than Central Park, but perhaps the more happenin’ place to be.
