Considering all of the ongoing debate surrounding President Obama’s stimulus package this seemed somewhat ironic.I ran across an interesting piece of history regarding OKC and the OKC Symphany Orchestra. The OKC Symphony Orchestra was initiated and established in 1937 as part of FDR “New Deal” under the Federal Music Project of the Works Progress Administration (WPA).
