That’s good stuff. LordGerald co-owned Rainbow Records for about six months back in 1990/1991. Right around the time when a new big box store called “Best Buy” or something like that, came to town. Memories.

Steve, what do you see this turning into if anything? I could see an art studio, or an office for an architect going in there.
Sorry, comment got cut off. Yes, I think you have some good ideas there. I suspect retail is no longer feasible due to parking restrictions. But a person looking for high visibility with the ability to adapt to the area’s set-up will do well.
A shout out to Rainbow Records…The majority of my music collection was purchased there…many good memories and discoveries of great bands
