		<description><![CDATA[Thinking on my earlier comment a bit more. A city like, Paris, for example, has done a wonderful job of preserving all its Hausmann style buildings and grid that was created in the 1800s. However, it is now at a point where the city is very much caught up in its own entropy. There is so much blank canvas in our CBD that many cities don&#039;t have. The new Devon tower comes to mind. It&#039;s quite possibly one of the best remedies to the mistakes in the earlier urban rewnewal efforts that we&#039;ve seen.

I totally agree with David about Broadway - how amazing it would be for street life in downtown if Broadway today looked more like it did then.]]></description>
