Buildings have enough trouble being buildings. Conceptually it’s cool… but it’s hard just keeping the HVAC working in most buildings, I can’t imagine the maintenance nightmare this Rube would require. (Not to mention the ridiculous cost.)

Something tells me this proposal has nothing to do with actually building a building… I just hope it doesn’t make the cover of Popular Mechanics!
