Is there a way they could incorporate something like that into it without the building looking like a dreidel? I realize it's all conceptual, but that building would stick out like Fatty Arbuckle in a Biggest Losers reunion show.

This is a fantastic concept. Modern, green, progressive -- exactly the sort of thinking Oklahoma needs to see, embrace and support. If the citizens and companies here don't envision the future, we're destined to forever lag behind the rest of the nation. As far as trend setting - why NOT Oklahoma?

This reminds me of the bridge that wanted to be a generator. Buildings have enough trouble being buildings. Conceptually it's cool... but it's hard just keeping the HVAC working in most buildings, I can't imagine the maintenance nightmare this Rube would require. (Not to mention the ridiculous cost.)

Something tells me this proposal has nothing to do with actually building a building... I just hope it doesn't make the cover of Popular Mechanics!
