		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m focusing on the street grid with these posts. Now, if you want to comment on the building design, I&#039;m not going to discourage that. Unless comments involve personal attacks or are of an extreme nature (like being cruel to college architecture students), I don&#039;t want to discourage all of you from using what I write as a jumping off point for good discussion.
But for me, the focus of these posts is asking whether all the right questions got asked on this street grid and how it might impact future downtown development.]]></description>

If not, reworking that intersection would most easily effect #3.  In fact that&#039;s the worst part of the current intersection design.  #4 and #6 could easily be enhanced by a great intersection design.  I think a roundabout would be intriguing.]]></description>
