I'm impressed with how professional Charifa and Kevin are and that they had the vision to not only open a restaurant here but purchase the building a few years ago. Creative and super business savvy. I especially love the seared tuna salad and Sage dressing !!!But when I'm not counting calories, any of the "Mac and Cheese" combinations are off the chain!!! I just moved back from DC in 2007 and Sage has that cozy neighborhood feel that I love, with big city sophistication. OKC is growing up!!! I absolutely love Sage.
