		<description><![CDATA[Great job.  Why doesn&#039;t city staff enforce more situations like this, as well as sign code?  There are horrific examples of hand-painted signage on major street that these folks must drive by everyday.  It&#039;s not a personnel problem.  They don&#039;t have to go out of their way to do something about it.  Just like your example.  I guarantee this was no big secret.  It&#039;s a shame that someone has to gripe to the city for them to just do their job.  Great job Steve.  Love your blog.]]></description>
