While Speck&#039;s opinion is appreciated and his ideas are thought provoking, it&#039;s important to remember that the OKC Planning Department is in the process of addressing many of problems Speck identified.  Just call up Russell Claus and ask him about the Downtown Streetscape Master Plan.  OKC is much further along in the process than many are led to believe.  Seems like the city has been practicing what Speck is just now preaching.</description>
