Well said LJ and Kris Bryant.

And Steve, yeah I'll pick up the paper that day, even though I read it online everyday and on my iPhone.

Bricktown needs some affordable apartments less than 1,000 square feet. We've got enough new urban mansions under construction. How about some small spaces (500 to 1,000 square feet) to accommodate the single college crowd that will be emerging this fall at the Academy of Contemporary Music?

Great website, very unique. Now if Bricktown can lose all of the seas of parking lots and bring in more retail and housing. Perfect!

Great job to all involved.

Steve, where are the hard ball questions to them and their answers?
Tuesday. Are you going to buy the paper that day?

Bricktown actually developed a mobile site about six months ago. If you go to our old site from your phone, it asks you if you would like to go to our mobile site( bricktownok.mobi). Our old site will re-direct next week.
We haven't promoted the mobi site much due to the fact we have been working on the new site. Now that it has launched, we treat it as a living document. We want to make continued improvements to it so that it provides the information that the users need. For example, we will eventually ad specific info about Late night Dining.
The mobile site has enormous potential and we are really excited about what we will be able to do with it later this year. Right now, it's one step at a time, but the key to to keep moving forward.

Jim Cowan has been working hard to turn things around in Bricktown for two years. Maybe that hasn't been evident to outsiders, but it sure has been to those in Bricktown, those in the corporate community, and people at City Hall. Perhaps this is the time when his hard work is beginning to bear fruit publicly.

Also, there has been a mobile site available for some time. It currently resides at www.bricktownokc.org (the old website), which will ultimately migrate to www.welcometobricktown.com when they have worked out any other kinks on the new site. bricktownokc.org will ultimately function as a redirect to welcometobricktown.com.

Thanks for the update. I couldn't make the meeting. The website is light years better than the old, still a few kinks they need to work out but that's expected. I sure hope they realize what a mobile site is and that they need one ASAP, more importantly than a regular website. Kudos to Cowan for trying to turn things around finally. Glad to hear about Free Wi-Fi coming.

Steve, where are the hard ball questions to them and their answers?
