But the two possibilities I know of are the Huckins Hotel, where Mid-America Tower (current Devon HQ) stands today, or possibly the Biltmore, imploded around 1976 or 1977, where the Myriad Gardens are.

I would have also included the Hotel Black, but the building is still around at 1 North Hudson.
