You never know what's going to happen with a bill like that. But this reminds me - I've got nutritional info for Iguana Grill and I'll be posting it early next week.

Hey Steve, I'm sure you've heard about Senate Bill 1135.

http://newsok.com/nutrition-details-could-go-on-oklahoma-restaurant-menus/article/3351866

This would really help with finding downtown (and other) eating options. Unless it's a detriment to small local businesses, I think it would be a great thing. From the article, it looks like it may only be required to restaurants with more than 15 locations in the state, which I imagine isn't many restaurants.

Great, healthy vegan fare:

Snow Pea in the food court: Steamed veggies (with or without tofu) and brown rice. Super filling!

The Mantel: Portobello mushroom sandwich made vegan (skip the cheese, butter and aioli). Still fabulous, even without the fatty extras because of the wonderful balsamic reduction they use. Instead of pasta or fries on the side, substitute small spinach salad - skip the cheese. If you can keep away from the temptation of the house bread - you'll be light and happy and satisfied!

Yes Ryan, though I'm hoping that info is still forthcoming.
As for carbs... will do what I can for you on that.

Good start, but don't forget about those who are counting carbs, not calories!
