		<description><![CDATA[I would like to see comments from Holiday Bowl attendees on the San Diego rail transit system.  It is dedicated right-of-way surface rail with standard crossing lights &amp; arms at road crossings.  It seems to be the ideal for OKC.  There is no need for a large central station or yard downtown, as trains move in &amp; out quickly.  Existing rail can be used or supplemented.]]></description>
