The Leslie
Forgive me for the delay in posting this information on The Leslie – the next housing project planned by Ron and Jason Bradshaw. Jason noticed questions at OKC Talk about the Leslie renderings and pricing information and he asked if I could help them by posting all of this at OKC Central.
So, without further delay…

Where is this going to be located exactly? They remind me of the Brownstones, which are cool but haven’t sold well at all.
Jeff, they are going to be located on a street that has to be construct between the Brownstones and Maywood lofts.
What will the parking situation be? Will each unit have its own garage (attached or not), a carport or will residents have to rent a space in a parking garage?
Kasuhi, from what I can tell, it will be “at grade parking” behind the buildings. The picture at the top of the page (at the bottom of the two) is going to be the front of the two sets of buildings facing each other and the parking will be behind.

I really like the design. Hope this gets built.
From what I understand, they’re not breaking ground until it’s 50% presold.
