Oh, that’s not fair. We need more info…

I promise, coming soon….

Soon as in today, or soon like tomorrow or Sunday’s paper?

Does this have to do with the Sandridge properties? I thought that was still in early stages. Or is this about those promised highrises to go along with Devon?

Core to Shore development maybe? Something in regards to Union Station?

Always a tease.

Brian, Gary, look at the tags.

I see Devon, Bricktown, Auto Alley, Housing, Retail.

There are too many tags. Too good to be true?

Well, it better be pretty damned special, given the Title you used, “I’m Stunned.” It being a given that you are sincere fellow, the title has to mean that whatever it is caught YOU by surprise, big time. With all the labels you used and excluding things that you’ve discussed before (since that would not be “stunning” to you), here’s a stab in the dark:

New convention hotel with associated retail developments overlapping the Santa Fe RR tracks so that it laps into Bricktown & the CBD. Not?

How automobile alley fits your other tags I haven’t a clue. Probably you did that as a red herring.

Here’s another tag: downtown

I know what it is…. the Canal Extension. Get it? Rival the original MAPS? Am I close? Hot? Cold?

A new streetcar system that would tie all those tags together?

A decent bus system ?

I will provide another clue at 3 p.m.

[...] about to undergo changes that could arguably rival the original MAPS program. Developing

Ex-Mayor Ron Norrick to become President of Downtown OKC, Inc.

Funny … the next teaser will involve Norick.

So, it’s 3:10. What’s the big secret?
