On their website blog, it says they signed a lease on 4 Sep.

Yay? I can’t say I’m enthused… I suppose it points to us being an entertainment destination for tourists, but that type of place, in my mind, won’t breed any local loyalty. Bricktown rarely comes to mind for my wife and I now; for us its 10th & Walker and the 10th & Broadway areas that we have come to really enjoy.

Agreed it’s not something that everybody will appreciate but I think it’ll be something that shows that Bricktown has grown up a lot. Also nice to see OKC is getting on the “cool” list amongst other cities they are in.
