Speaking of Harding and Shelton…. so what would their phase 2 look like? I’ve got the renderings and some of it will surprise you. I’ll be posting either later today or this weekend, so be sure to keep visiting.

I think it would be great to be a “Utica Square” style of shopping center. They need to buy and develop the parking lot across the street in the same way they did this one. Build underground parking in the whole area (700-800 space probably?) and then several restaurants on top facing the street.

I thought Phase 2 doesn’t have any fleshed out plans, just pipe dreams at this point? Oh well, pipe dreams with renderings are neat.

I’m just glad that some major development is going on. Maybe this will spur other property owners to get moving before they are left behind.
