I rather doubt most businesses will spend $375 a foot on their buildings. Also, the lure of living near good schools ought to be strong. No. I used to work for one of their spinoff company's. They share workforce with Hobby Lobby out on SW 15th or whatever. They don't have the vision for something like this nor the practical need. Chesapeake, as others said, they have a suburban campus, why vacate it? Sandridge, has a tower downtown with plenty of vacant floors and are remodeling their own tower. Look for smaller or up and coming companies like American Fidelity Assurance (who said they want a tower downtown), Paycom, local banks, etc. To possibly build a mixed-use or leased tower.
