I think it is great that OKC is getting this building. It is a great city, and it needs some new more modern buildings and the fact that it is taller than any building in Dallas is even better!

i doubt it will be sold until larry nichols dies. this building is chump change to devon.

Things like this typically turn out badly for the building entitiy. This building will be bought and sold so many times it will make your head spin.

I hope this will spur continued building as I’ve always felt downtown OKC was lacking in regards to skyline. It is a very classy building, that beats the standard square boxed shape. OKC should have the tallest building in the state and it’s about time!

This is awesome, I love supertalls. I have been hoping something like this would happen for a long time. I have even spoke to the mayor about improving our skyline not too long ago.
