It’s a vision - that’s for sure. How much of it will come true, especially without Greg Banta’s name no longer attached? Hard to say, but Blair Humphreys over at www.imaginativeamerica.com brought this to our attention just as we’re all wondering what’s next for MidTown now that Banta has sold his interests to partners Bob Howard and Mickey Clagg.

Yes, but I still think it’s interesting to watch in light of what transpired with Greg Banta last week and a lot of people have not seen it.

But look at the core of the bantas buildings,he has cleaned the inside out…. but getting them finished and habitable has been another story for him….. Could it be that if you have a company thats signed on the dotted line and they want to get business going that they want the space that you have signed up for to be finished in a timely fashion. Also if the money men know that a lease has been signed and then lose the lease because the space hasnt been finished in time, I think you would be looking at how to get those spaces finished and bring in the rent.
