An Outsider's View of Bricktown

Warning: I do not vouch for the video production on this one, and be advised, it contains profanity. But it’s still interesting to hear the comments of a visitor who is clearly a bit jaded and not a wide-eyed tourist who might be easily impressed.

Geez, and I passed up an opportunity to visit Duluth four years ago.

Yes, it’s great to know we’re doing as well as Duluth. ;)

Interesting… he really wanted to poke fun at us but realized he was actually impressed.

This impressed me as I he seemed to be willing to bash the area in the beginning and eventually seemed impressed. If we continue to treat outsiders well when they visit, word of mouth will spread and we will expect good things when they arrive.

This is great!

He is ill-informed, inarticulate and ignorant on this so called topic.
You ought to put something of a higher quality, or nothing at all.

Well, now, I guess I could always post some more Rob Anderson videos.

Yes this guy is ignorant and ill-informed, however, not everyone that travels and stops in OKC is articulate and high IQ. It is good to witness the average traveler’s point of view and how he ended up changing his attitude towards the end of the clip. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, and I would assume he will tell several people that OKC isn’t a dusty hick city.

I was nervous at first, as this guy seemed to be ready and willing to bash OKC…It was nice to see that he actually gave the city a chance and was impressed by what he saw.
