It seems as if in many ways Oklahoma City is following the path taken by Charlotte, North Carolina, in becoming a big league city. So why not look at their skyline for a hint at what a new Devon Tower might look like? Here are my favorites:

It’s good to finally see big visible change downtown. With all the hype that is involved with Bricktown’s development we tend to forget the business side of downtown. Great to see the big oil and gas companies making a difference and using the money in positive ways. Hopefully this will encourage other business and corporations to take another look at OKC.

But we do not want to try to be Charlotte. Heck, we shouldn’t try to ANYBODY. We’re doin’ fine OKC, by being OKC!
