Definitely toward the east or west sides of downtown or south of the river. I don't want to break up anything inside 235, 13th, Classen, and the River with a big probably boring and mundane facility. There are a dozen locations. The corner of 4th and Lincoln (leaving room for the inevitable OU health sciences expansion) could work. Alternatively, somewhere on the River downtown.
