		<description>My goodness.  Even from Kabul, this looks messy - though not truly chaotic - law and order prevailed after the wind died down.  Would it be possible perhaps for the city to provide a dedicated market area with a windbreak?  Or maybe that would reduce the impromtu charm inherent in farmers markets.  Good luck next week!</description>
