I notice in the original drawings, that there was actually aesthetically interesting architecture planned originially for Lower Bricktown. Instead, Hogan went cheap, and we have boring looking one story buildings. The Centennial Building is quite an eyesore, and doesn’t even fit in with the “Brick”town district.

The argument, of course, is that Lower Bricktown shouldn’t have had expectations to “fit in” with Bricktown.
