		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for posting.  It&#039;s a good idea and has been used by a number of downtown organizations across the country.  We prefer a different approach that is focused on customer service and just a single number to call:  ours.  It&#039;s 235-3500 and we&#039;ll handle the rest.  With all that ratepayers, downtown users and Oklahoma City residents are doing to support downtown, we believe they deserve an especially high level of personal service and response.
