Albuquerque offices fetch less than half 2007 price in sheriff’s sale

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque real estate veteran Roger Cox has snapped up the Comanche Business Center in a foreclosure sale, paying less than half of what the eight-building, 131,767-square-foot property on 8.4 acres sold for in mid-2007.
