I saw your news this am,7-9-08, on the up comming comments by Mr JustinJones,,re:prison overcrowding,lack of funds,,ect,to be aired tonight.I feel the urge to comment,,,I have a friend who has made claims he has served the same sentence 2-3 times due to the oversight of ODOC to correct a mistake on his CCcard,where he was given relief on a sentence by a judge,after he had already served the sentenceThis man has used all avenues available to an Inmate,filings,ect,to gain attention to his request of a simple,review,of his time served card,and mistakes made by ODOC.to credit his time to him.He has been denied at every turn,denied,even having made any comments to proper personal,re:J.Rabon,sentencing adm,warden,ect. Why this man is still there is beyond me,,course i know the prison industry is a money making, job supplying,business as any other.But this is a man wo deserves to be out,and able to move on with his life,he does not deserve to be detained a day longer,he has served his time,multiple times,and still,,,can,t get release. Even Mr J.Jones won,t pay him any attention,,as he has requested some attention from him,,due to ODOC being found liable for double jepardy,abuse of this mans civil rights,,,i wish there were some way to brng up this subject to Mr Jones on your program.tonight. ty,,,a concerned citizen,,
