We have indeed covered this story from many different angles. It would be irresponsible of us not to share the story of a grieving mother and family. The reporters covering this story have been remarkably diligent and fair in covering all aspects of this shooting. I do understand, however, that this issue elicits passionate feelings, so I am not surprised by the thousands of comments we have received on our ongoing coverage page: http://newsok.com/pharmacyshootings

I was shocked that your paper ran "A son remembered" What a crock. First of all the kid got what he deserved, and ,his mother his also to blame. why can't you report this story on facts and not crap. Its no wonder your paper is losing subscriptions. The truth is that he went into the store with the other thug knowing what he was doing was wrong. What he did'nt bargain for is that a scared white man also crippled was going to be the last thing he saw. I hope that a fair minded jury will see this on the facts and acquit.
