This is animal hoarding. The real story is that this woman WILL NOT relinquish a majority of these animals. She absolutely WILL NOT let anyone take any of the puppies (which are the only ones that are still sociable). She actually insisted and successfully had some puppies returned to her van after a rescue group had taken them in. She DOES NOT have the best interests of the animals in mind.
