My breast cancer was diagnosed 33 years ago, and I needed to live for my husband who would have been lost without me at that younger age of 50. I am now 84 and have had a lot of "bumps" in the road getting to where I am now but my prayers are with you and the strong way you are living your life for your family and friends. I have also been diagnosed with terminal cancer. It is the hardest thing I have ever had to face and I feel so alone even though I am surrounded and supported by my friends and loved ones. Mr. Chastain sounds like a remarkable human being and his words give me hope that I too can find a way to cope with as much dignity as he is doing, in this terrifying journey we are forced to take.
