I beg to differ, it is actually loading slooooower now (about 25% to 50% slower). Status bar is constantly changing back and forth between two locations (loading....). Have to wait sometimes up to a minute for everything to stop loading (no point in trying to scroll and click on a story, because it overshoots and what you think you are clicking on, you aren't which means you have to hit the "back" button and try again and wait for everything to load again). If the site still had the tab drop-down functionality where you could get to just about any story from any page, it would be less of an issue when you it overshoots. Am on Cox High Speed internet. No other slowdowns in other programs or on other sites (just NewsOK.com since the redesign). Can't even imagine how bad it would be if I was still using dial-up.

I agree with you completely. I am one of those people that are still using dial up and this new site is 100% better than the last. Great Job.
