Some info, a trailer, and more for the upcoming film, “City of Ember.” Description: For generations, the people of the City of Ember have flourished in an amazing world of glittering lights - underground. But Ember’s once powerful generator is failing… and the great lamps that illuminate the city are starting to flicker. Now, in a race against time, the citizens must search Ember for clues that will unlock the ancient mystery of the city’s existence, and escape before the lights go out forever.

A new teaser for “Wanted,” starring James MacAvoy and Angelina Jolie, can be found online here.  The film, based on the graphic novel by Mark Millar and J.G. Jones, opens June 27.

You can find the third TV spot for  “The Dark Knight” online here.  Worth checking it out for Morgan Freeman’s line, if nothing else. (And there is some other cool stuff in it.)

So you can watch it in the comfort of your daily Nerdage reading.

I saw this at “Speed Racer” the other night, and the crowd there, anyway, thought this trailer was pretty funny.  I’m optimistic, or maybe I figure I’ll just be in heavy “Office” withdrawals by summer.  “Get Smart” stars Steve Carell, Anne Hathaway, Dwayne Johnson and Alan Arkin.

A second trailer for “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” is up at the official site.  I think it manages to give a little more of the flavor of the film without giving anything away. Still very much looking forward to this one!  “Indiana Jones” opens May 22.

I figured after all the talk about it, I might as well embed the thing here.

Still feel good about this, overall. The more Milleresque aspects of it are growing on me. (Except maybe “She is my mother, she is my lover.” That just sounds creepy, even metaphorically.)
