The stories are a little dated as far as what you can get away with in comics now, but I enjoy Mike W. Barr, so I thought it was all worth the read. The villains aren’t all that memorable – and some of them are outright corny – but Barr does a good job introducing new heroes and mixing them in with some that had gone by the wayside at the time – Black Lightning, Metamorpho.
