I’m not even sure I could finish it, yet part of me still wants to order it. Sort of like a “Man vs. Food” of bad superhero adaptations.

What is really bad is I own it on a pretty bad VHS copy bought off eBay. Nostalgia was weighing down hard on me to purchase it and oh, what a fool was I. Then I attempted to watch it. Key word is “attempted.” I still shudder at the Hawkman portion of the roast. No amount of curiosity could get me to watch it on DVD. Watch it at your own peril.

I agree with your “dreadful” comment, Sean, and yet I’m still tempted to order this, even though I know I will be greatly disturbed. I saw it ages ago on a pretty bad VHS copy.

This is dreadful stuff. I can remember being a kid watching this on one of those old cabinet televisions and sitting way too close. The roast portion could well be the worst thing ever related to DC and that’s saying a lot given the history of “Sonic Disruptors,” the “Bat-Nipples” and Richard Pryor in a Superman movie.
