This actually looks good to me. I remember the First Elm Street movie being scary and then the rest being comic relief.

That’s a pretty accurate assessment of the series. New Nightmare was pretty scary too, though.

I just watched this trailer with the sound off (at work). Awesome! I’ll be there. I think he’ll make a great Jason. He was tough but sympathetic in “Watchmen.” What kind of a Freddy will he make? Especially if we see the parents turn on him instead of just hear about it.
