Mickey Rourke’s Whiplash from Iron Man 2 revealed

The first look at Mickey Rourke as Whiplash has been released by Marvel Studios, via USA Today. The tech that powers Whiplash and Iron Man are related, according to director Jon Favreau.

“That’s part of the core theme of the film,” he tells USA Today.

Iron Man 2, starring Robert Downey Jr., Don Cheadle, Rourke, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sam Rockwell and Scarlett Johansson opens May 7, 2010.
