Star Trek takes $24 million on Friday
Box Office Mojo reports that “Star Trek” took in $24 million this Friday. Add to that an estimated $7 million Thursday, and the film has pulled in about $31 million in its first day and a half of release. At its current pace, this would be the largest opening weekend of any “Star Trek” film.
