Ah … Groundhog Day … terrific movie. One of Bill Murray’s best, IMHO. The line is Phil (Bill Murray) speaking to Ned Rhyerson, the insurance man.

I think the line as a put in there is from Ned Ryerson (or that’s what I intended), but Bill Murray’s character does say some of that back to him later.
