Somewhat annoying that only after the film is almost entirely finished and is receiving strong buzz that Fox makes a move. I'm sure they are just fishing for a payoff, so fans probably shouldn't be all that worried but it seems hard to believe a judge would side with Fox so quickly on this. If they truly wanted to make this movie on their own, wouldn't they have intervened a long time ago?
