Growing up with the Super friends show, and the Aquaman show (now on DVD... and it doesn't hold up), and the action figure... I loved him. And in comics, he's been great in Kingdom Come and Justice, but otherwise, what I've read of Aquaman doesn't do the character justice. I'd LOVE to see a cool version of the classic. It can be done. There's no reason why he isn't one of the big 6. He should be 6. Aquaman’s probably my favorite DC character, and yet, not because of the comics.
